Dominic Ruo He has over 25 years of experience in the industry. His career started in the early 90s with the Sarova Group of hotels. After that, he worked with Windsor Golf and Country Club, Nairobi Java House, and Art Caffé, and here in Uganda worked with Le Patisserie, Chilies, Atmosphere Club, and Lounge among others. He was also the first Africa Barista Champion and represented Kenya in Seattle in 2005

A graduate of Kenya Utalii College with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He started his career with Nairobi Java House there after working with several Hotels such as Jacaranda hotels, Smith Hotels. Locally in Ugandaworkedwith club Venom, Café Javas before branching into consultancy.
